Hey y'all,

I just downloaded this app to help me get back to a healthy size. 1.5 years ago, a beautiful baby boy came into my life and now I have something to live for other than myself and my wife. I am hoping this app helps keep me more accountable both for nutrition and for hitting the gym. I hope to meet some new fitness friends and get a lot of positive support as well.
