Thirty day FitBit graph is between 42-38, but 39 for the last two weeks or so. This has been typical for me as long as I can remember. I did a blood lactate threshold test about 2 months ago and it calculated my max heart rate at about 165bpm, which was great so I can do more accurate HIIT workouts.0

My Fitbit charge HR2 calculates my resting HR at 54-55 most nights. If I had alchohol then for a few days My resting HR will pop into the high 50's. Looking at my overnight record I have extended periods during which my HR is in the mid 40's.
5 months ago, before I started 6 days/week exercise (3 of which are cardio including treadmill intervals, swimming and biking) my resting HR was in the mid 60's. 12-48 months ago when I was biking 11 miles in to work and 11 miles back 5 days/week (before my Tesla was delivered) my resting HR was in the mid 50's.
Just shows how quickly cardiac fitness can be degraded by lack of regular physical activity.1 -
