Eggs for sure! Greens - Brocolli, Beans. Isagenix Shakes and Green Lentils are a staple for me to get my Protein intake up since I'm Pescetarian.
Also can't live without Chilli2 -
Frozen mixed vegetables, fresh and dried fruit, tea and coffee, skim milk, protein bars and protein powder, low-fat cheese and yoghurt, whole grain bread, chicken, diet coke! Tried to quit diet coke for lots of reasons but failed. Lean cuisines and weight watchers frozen meals too. And sushi!1

I always have eggs, deli meat and cottage cheese on hand.
I'm thinking oatmeal might be a good one to add to the list.
Any suggestions?
I'm not a fan of the deli meat but sometimes it helps me get my protein.0 -
Peanut flour, oatmeal, oat fiber, yogurt, eggs, boneless- skinless chicken thighs, chicken breast, brown rice, reduced calorie spaghetti, almond-cashew milk, bananas, frozen blueberries, baby spinach, pumpkin puree, sugar free raspberry jam...this sums it up for me!1
