I am in. It would be nice to lose more but I am going to try to lose a minimum of 12lbs so that is maybe 1lb a week. Even through it does seem to be going so well so far because this week I only lost 0.4lbs. Better chance next week.

Hey yall, what is your workout today?
My workout today is to get my 10,000 steps in and some full body strength training, it should be fun
Mine was to actually wake up early and go to the gym. Which I did. 45 mins of cardio. Had rough wprkout weekend so my muscles were a bit upset with me. Had to take it easy. Dont forget everyone not to push too much at once.2 -
