Hi All,
I started counting calories, etc only 4 days ago through this app. I went to the gym today and did 40 hard minutes of machines for the upper back and biceps. Yet, when I added the first exercise (e.g. lat pull down) and then a second one it said "calories N/A."
Do I not get any added calories for working weight machines?
Thanks,
J
P.s. I'd like to meet more people on here for support abd mutual encouragement.

If you want calories, search strength training under the cardio section.1

Hi. I was confused on that too. However as shadow2soul mentioned weight training will only be counted calorie wise if entered in cardio. Good luck on your journey.1
