    Successes / struggles this week: No progress this month so far. It's pretty depressing sometimes, doing the right thing day in day out, saying no to drinks, no to the pizza, cooking something healthy while hubby eats a schnitzel and chips, being good and virtuous and committed when secretly in your heart (even after 4 years of doing this *kitten*) you'd much rather sit on the couch in your pj's and eat a whole pizza and a tub of icecream.

    I don't understand what is happening with my weight this month, it's awesome though!!

    New goal for March - to stay at 65kg or below - not sure it is healthy for me to lose much more this month.

    Was on vacation last week. Most of the gain is water weight, which should be gone by next weigh-in, and then some.

    Successes / struggles this week: I was under the weather without energy this week.. .but hungry ALL THE TIME. I guess the results this week show what a week on the couch and in the fridge can do.
    Hope to get back to atleast my starting goal this month.

    Refocusing for the week, downloaded a water reminder app and getting my butt to the gym at least 3 times!

    Successes / struggles this week: Not much of a loss, but not a gain. Only struggle has been being ill Monday and Tuesday, but feeling better now.

    Successes / struggles this week: I started working out again this week and I'm super sore. I'm not surprised by this gain and know it will come off again next week. I'm just going to keep on keeping on.

    Aloha, I think it has a lot to do with how you feel about the experience. I don't know how much you ate during that one meal but you will work it out. I am really strict about my diet until my weigh in day. Not saying I go completely crazy but I do enjoy fudge, breads, and so on....I know I won't have to look at the scale for another week so I hang on to the weight loss numbers from that morning and press on.

    Successes / struggles this week: I have officially lost 24 pounds since January 1st and I exceeded my goal for March! I am pretty happy :) Looking forward to April.     Successes / struggles this week: The sickness ended up lasting all week. I went to the gym only once last week. And I still have a cough. So, those were struggles, but all-in-all I did lose a little bit so I'm happy about that.

    Successes / struggles this week: WT@#? I didn't even want to post today's weight ...but what do I expect after a whole ziploc bag of popcorn ..yeah ..a whole gallon bag !!! I'm so ashamed :( ...good news is - Beauty and the Beast is an awesome remake of the Disney cartoon version (One of my favorite Disney movies ) :)
    ...well...I'm glad to see that even though I am struggling to get a handle on my out of control eating, this community is getting a benefit out of me keeping the posts going ...thank you so much for keeping me accountable and not letting me completely fall of this wagon I am so dearly holding onto.

    Successes/Struggles: Saturday was a tough day - was at a family function and didn't count a calorie and I think it slowed my weight loss down for the week I weighed in on Friday and was 1.6 less than today. Oops! I know it was mainly water weight because I did some math last night on what I ate and figured I went over my calories by about 1500. Definitely not enough for true weight gain. Anyway. This month overall was a great success for me and I'm going to push for the same result in April!
