Hey yall, what is your workout today?
My workout today is to get my 10,000 steps in and some full body strength training, it should be fun
Mine was to actually wake up early and go to the gym. Which I did. 45 mins of cardio. Had rough wprkout weekend so my muscles were a bit upset with me. Had to take it easy. Dont forget everyone not to push too much at once.2 -
It's a little late, but I'd love to join too. Only have 13 pounds I'd like to lose. 13 pounds in 13 weeks seems easy to me.
