    My math was off on my original post- I only subtracted 20 lbs and my goal is 23.8. (Gonna just blame it on being a Monday morning).

    Mine was to actually wake up early and go to the gym. Which I did. 45 mins of cardio. Had rough wprkout weekend so my muscles were a bit upset with me. Had to take it easy. Dont forget everyone not to push too much at once.

    It's a little late, but I'd love to join too. Only have 13 pounds I'd like to lose. 13 pounds in 13 weeks seems easy to me.

    Not much of a loss this week, but we had my daughters birthfay party and did some eating out with family so I'm attributing it to that. Going to be a better loss next week!!!

    I'm surprised I didn't gain. Did horrible last week about tracking and staying within my calorie goal. Need to work on that, drink more water and work out this week.

    Making some progress. Lost another .5% body fat as well this month. Down to 23.3% and reaching closer to my 18-20% body fat goal by the end of spring!
