Drinking 7 litres of water a day:

- 1 in the morning

- 1 before breakfast
- 1 in between breakfast and Lunch

- 1 before lunch
- 1 in between Lunch and dinner

- 1 before dinner
- 1 in between Dinner and sleeping

I just love food too much so ya I will try to fill me up with water instead.

7 liters? This is waaaay to much (almost 2 gallons).

Water isn't "filling" as in satiating......it may help you eat less if you drank a glass before sitting down to eat. But drinking it between meals is pretty worthless.

Make sure you eat "foods" that are satiating: protein, fiber, and fat. Working on figuring out which FOODS help you stay full longer up will help when you get to maintenance too. Look for some long term changes that help you lose AND help you keep your weight in check.

You seem very fixated on water..I just drink enough to hydrate myself. I should probably drink more because I am nursing but meh.

Keep in mind, too much water is not good either it can set your electrolytes out of whack and can be very dangerous.. ie lethal.

I am going to leave this here.

That's an unnecessary amount of water. Drink enough to keep yourself hydrated. Too much can be as harmful as too little. The water you get in a day also includes beverages such as coffee or tea or soft drinks as well as water in food, so you don't need to drink water all day.

That's a lot of work for your kidneys.

    totally unnecessary ...

and if you are trying to sub water for food, I would suggest reviewing why it is that you are thinking this way...

maybe focus on eating less calories then you consume, and getting on some kind of structured work out regimen....
