Hi everyone, I have just joined mfp and looking for buddies to both give and get encouragement and inspiration, and to share weight loss tips and recipes.

I am looking to lose just under 2 stone and really struggle with emotional eating when I am stressed or bored.

I have 3 gorgeous young children, including 2 year old twins so I am still carrying some baby weight and have a mummy tummy I'd like to lose.

    Add me if you like. How many pounds is 2 stone? I am not familiar with the UK measurements

    Ok will add you. Thanks :smile: . 2 stone is 28 pounds.
