Tracking net carbs

My doctor recommended the keto diet. I would like to track net carbs instead of full carbs. Is there a way to do this or do i have to manually subtract fiber from carbs to get my net carbs?

I just use total calories. If you go just a bit higher, it is about the equivalent.1

This was posted in one of the MFP groups. I followed the directions on the link provided and it added the net carb field to MFP on my PC. It did not add net carbs to my mobile app.

Thanks Nailz59. I added Fiber and dropped Sodium. I still have to manually subtract the fiber from the carbs, but since it keeps a running total, I can keep a handle on things.
