Hi everyone. I'm Claudia from Canada. I'm 33 years old. I have PCOS and am insulin resistance. I'm looking for some friends for support and motivation. I also will motivate and support.

    Hi Claudia! I also have pcos ( and hashimoto) and am trying his out. I need a bit of support but let's see if we can beat back this beast just a little. Add me :)
