Prepping for a colonoscopy? I'm sorry, I hope all goes well. I had one a few months ago, no fun.

How long are you planning on doing this? Because it doesn't sound safe.

That's exactly how I lost 60 ish pounds and put back on 60+ really fast.

My advice is have an exit strategy. What/how are you going to eat coming off?

I will never again. I learned nothing about how to maintain my loss.

I did a fast once and fell into some sort of stupor in which I nearly crashed my car. It's not a good idea.

Instead of juice, you'd do better to eat the whole fruit. Gets you more fiber (so more filling), slows digestion, takes longer to consume the calories (so you'll take in less).
And hopefully you're working with a medical professional on this "juice fast" or "liquid fast"? Seems like it would be very easy to get malnourished.

Also, do you plan on doing this the rest of your life?
Because if not, you'll go back to doing what you did before, and weighing what you did before.
Better to make a sustainable, healthy change.

Exactly what liquids do you intend to consume?
