I am always on the lookout for new lunch ideas. I have brain spasms sometimes trying to come up with something new

I made tuna salad and topped toast w/ it...and sliced up some grape tomatoes to go on top. My hubby and kids wanted pizza...and I just don't care for pizza (which has helped me out more times than I can say!!)0

I'm going to put some salt-free vegetable broth and 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables in the microwave for vegetable soup.0

Made a salad for today with spring mix greens, carrots, cukes, olives, blue cheese and chic peas topped with garlic balasmic dressing (newman's own light) Anxiously waiting for 12pm so I can eat it!0

I'm having my favorite today... chicken breast cut up inside a whole wheat small fajita wrap with fat free mozz cheese, fresh spinach and tomato slices, cooked on the skillet MMMM0

Lunch was a few hours ago, but it was yummy!
Today I had Mexican chicken slices, salad (rocket, cucumber, red pepper, red onion and a tbsp of low fat dressing), 2 mini wholemeal pitta's and some low fat hummus - 351 cals.0 -
Low-sodium white tuna pouch (90 cals)
Multigrain sandwich thin (100 cals)
Reduced fat swiss cheese slice (60 cals)
2 tablespoons salsa (10 cals)
1 cup baby carrots (50 cals)
21 oz. Diet Coke (<---oops, my guilty pleasure :laugh: )
And if still hungry...1 hard boiled egg (70 cals)
Total (w/o egg): 310
Total (w/ egg): 380

Oooo...high fiber wrap?! What is the calorie count, brand of choice, and where do you find these? They sound promising!0 -
Here's my veggie side:
1/4 cup thawed green peas
1 stalk sliced celery (or use thawed French style green beans)
1/3 cup matchstick or shredded carrots
2 TBL Newman's light sesame ginger dressing (only 36 calories!)
This "chopped salad" is nice change from lettuce salads. Easy to pack for lunch. I keep the dressing in the work fridge.

Never mind on my lunch...hubby came home and took the last of the fat free mozzerella...guess I'll be having leftover chicken spaghetti0

Korean!!! I love the hoo roo rook soups. 300 cal a pack. It's spicy and I love noodles so it's a win win. Also you can add some veggies and you are in heaven. Huge plus?- it's so filling!! Sometimes I can't finish it!!0
