Do you have a ton of stuff hanging off your keychain?
I have to have something I can find easily in the depths of my purse.
OKC Thunder bracelet thing and Bad Cop Lego dude. I think my kid gave me that one.

What y'all got?

I have two sets of keys. One has my car key/fob, house key, and mailbox key. The other has a key to my parent's house, one to my sister's, one to my friend's dad's house, and one to my desk at work.

I like keychains, but I like things fitting into my pocket and/or bag more. Also I've heard that a lot of weight dangling from the ignition in your car is bad for it.

When my daughter was going through her embarrassed of mom phase a year or so ago, we would say "Rawr" to each other in public. To say I Love You without embarrassing her.

LOL! I have been waiting for a question like this for a long time...just not on a fitness site!

    7kpj8prylgg1.jpg

Clockwise, starting from the car key:

    - 4 Gb flash drive / House keys
    - Mini first aid kit - two large bandaids, small squeeze-tube of triple antibiotic ointment, 4 ibuprofen tablets, in a waterproof canister
    - Flint rod
    - Magnesium rod
    - Steel striker
    - JetScream whistle
    - Knife sharpener
    - Gerber folding knife
    - Mini MagLite flashlight
    - Leatherman Squirt P4
    - Bison tube with fishing line, hooks, weights
    - Steel bottle opener/mini pry bar
    - P38 can opener
    - Bison tube with tinder plugs

This is all held together by a small steel carabiner, and either hangs on a belt clasp or rides in my pack or shoulder bag. I detach the car key when driving (too heavy to hang on the ignition lock)

I'm so glad you asked! Aren't you??

    Ready? We are.

I keep a 49ers bottle opener on my keychain. Because you never know when you'll need to open a bottle.

I have my Michigan Wolverines (GO BLUE!) M, my husband's Mazda key, my Honda key, house and mailbox keys and my remote gate opener for our apartment complex. I used to have my skeleton key collection but I have so many now it was getting quite bulky!

If you have ever wrecked your ignition by having too heavy of a keychain you would be like me, the minimum amount of keys needed on it only!

Having been a locksmith once upon a time, I can tell you that looking at a key that belongs to someone who I don't know from Adam OR Eve, will gain me access to exactly nothing. No worries, please...

Prisoners were even able to make copies of, correction officers keys that's why they're encased now so; that they're unable to view & memorize the, patterns!

Honestly if someone is capable of that they deserve my car

Well considering that someone here has, mentioned that they were almost abducted by; someone via here & with posting virtually no identifiable information posting, a house key'd make such; a situation more easily plausible!

@DeficitDuchess, I don't disagree that one could reproduce the key by looking at it, but the science of keys and locks is somewhat more complicated than simply reproducing the way a key "looks".

And besides, what I'm also saying is that on a forum like this where we are all anonymous it would be next to impossible to gain access to someone else's stuff from a photo of a key.
