Would like friends who do Keto

Good morning everyone ... I would love some friends on here who are doing a ketosis journey. I have lost 300lbs on Ketosis and still losing. at the moment I'm on egg fast has I stalled on weight loss. I would love active friends I'm not all about numbers and looking good with loads of people on my friends list. I am dyslexic so please no spelling police I have had that before and it really put my of posting. I'm 46 from Denmark and have 3 children one who is autistic. I am actually about to start doing Keto. I have about 280 lbs to lose. How long has your been doing Keto to lose the 300lbs?? That's amazing!!!!0

Hi. It's taken me about two years. I started at over 36st I'm now 16. My doctor asked if I wanted the band I said no and did it my own way. I wouldn't change my way of eating for nothing. Good luck on your journey!
