I ate very very clean. Always had perfectly balanced macros and meals at the same time. 120 oz water. Very low carb except oatmeal in the am. Bootcamp and weight lifting 6 days a week. No dressinng, no creamer or any condiments. Just plain whole food with salt free spices, water, black coffee and tea. No fake sweeteners or products with fake sweeteners at all. I learned they do cause me to gain weight.5
