    Thinking about lighting a candle or two and taking a bath... and rationalizing it as the practical thing to do because there are storms coming and I don't want to get caught in the shower in the dark if the power goes out.

    Know what's neat...when you're watching the world skating championship and the coaches who teach your classes are on with their superstars. Guess I'm kind of spoiled to get to share the same ice the superstars use and their coaches

    A little bit. If the warning goes off I'll grab the baby and get to the basement. It was designed and built with tornado protection in mind. But since it's just heavy rain right now, I'm not worried. :)

    Aww thanks. It's pretty neat actually especially when the one coach turns to me and says let's really skate. still gives me butterflies
