Feeling good

The goal for the day is to feel good.
Life has a way of taking us into auto pilot and cruising through the day without much regard to how we feel. Today we can make a conscious effort to decide to remain in control of the helm. Decide that nothing is more important than how we feel. How does eating well feel compared to eating junk? How does taking a walk feel compared to being sedentary? Today we can choose to feel good. Tomorrow is just another today in waiting.

    Since I've started eating well and limiting my 'junk' food I feel so much more awake, not so tired all the time and generally a lot happier. I love that I can now easily walked 2/3 miles

    I lost 5.6 lbs this week. Next week I won't lose so many. But pounds lost are pounds lost.
