Started my working out back in Aug. 28, 2016 and my weight was at 280 pounds and today this is what I look like, max. calorie intake was less than 1500 and I have walk over 1500 miles. Today my weight is 176.4 pounds, not bad for a 70 1/2 year old.

5 months. 13.8 kg (about 30 pounds)

Starting weight: 79
Current weight: 65.4
Goal weight: 60 or a bit under

I'm at a point where the weight loss have slowed down considerably around 0.2 kg a week. But I'm okay with that because I want to enjoy life haha
