What is it and what kind of support are you looking for?
If it's Susan Peirce Thompson's plan, I already follow a big chunk of it, but I don't buy into the complete avoidance of flour and sugar and the addictive properties of food.1 -
Yes it's her plan. I'm doing the 14 day challenge. I am terrible with gray lines. It's how I got here. And I have no problem admitting I'm addicted to sugar and flour. Don't really want to give them up but tired of the merry go round!2

I believed I was addicted to sugar, but then I found out that it's not a thing, because it's impossible to avoid sugar and have a good diet - there is naturally occurring sugar in foods like fruit, vegs, dairy and grains, the sugar that is added to foods is identical to naturally occurring sugar and is treated the same way in our bodies so it's no point aiming to avoid it completely - and our bodies makes its own sugar even if it doesn't get it. I just had eating habits that were out of control and a food environment and a set of attitudes and preconceptions that made eating well difficult. For me it was necessary to set some boundaries, but I also had to experiment a bit to find out where to set them. I had tried arbitrary restrictions before, and while it felt great in the beginning, and I'd lose weight, I couldn't stick to them, and would regain, and feel like a failure.
This works for me:
Eat real food.
Eat regular meals and only at meals.
Eat when hungry.
Make exceptions, but not so often that the exceptions become rules.9 -

Me! I am just finishing the 8 week boot camp. I have lost 14 pounds after being stuck for AGES. I am a big fan. I can see myself not being a fat person any more!0
