Hello, I am going to university but I am determined to go in a healthier and happier me!!! I am on low fat low carb high protein diet, my goal is to loose 100lbs! If you have any suggestions or recipes that would be great!

Are you willing to buy and use protein powder? If so I have an awesome recipe for a drink that will keep you full til dinner! Been doing this and my snacking has come to a halt0

I use the fitmiss delight brand. Its target towards females and has low calories and low carbs. Plus it's pretty cheap, I know target has then on sale, a 1.5 lb container for $200
