    Vanity

    I like honesty.

Thanks! Me too...I think life would be so much simpler if every one was honest and just owned their *kitten*! :)

Its my adrenaline junkie life style. I feel like a bad *kitten* lifting and distance running.

Nothing to do with food.... I can't say I've ever exercised because I want to eat more, or to compensate overeating.

I just want to look and feel good... Lifting weights helps :)

Strength training is about so much more than improving my body. It's about discipline, focus, and consistency.

My parents are wonderful people, but I got away with everything: drugs, girls, partying, stealing cars... I had many difficulties, but as a young teen it was easy to run away.

I like squaring up to so many plates stacked on a bar and feeling the weight not wanting to move. I have to be completely present and committed & give a true 100% effort otherwise I will fail, and it is entirely on me.

    Also, I love:
-Seeing the barbell bend and bounce
-Looking like I can *kitten* you up
-Looking like I can *kitten* you hard
-Being capable of both of the above
-Catching women of all ages checking me out. Yes, it's egotistical.

Stress reliever & almost consider it as meditation...
My mind just shuts off to everyone and everything that bothers me about my career, friends, family and when you leave exhausted and feel sore the next day you know no one helped you but you.

To be fit and strong, also to feel good about myself.
