Beer, dont drink much and i have the worst headache righ now but playing pool drinking beer seems to be it for cheat days0

Staying up late and sleeping in late on days off work, napping sometimes if I have a chance.
I don't control it...except for by my work schedule and stuff I have to do that prevents day sleeping. Staying up late is like a compulsion for me, always has been since I was a little kid.0 -
Nut butters.
Find it insanely hard to moderate nut butters!!!!2 -

"Reality" type shows that are most definitely not reality. I don't know why I just have to watch0

Sour candy and soda, gave them up for lent so control is mandatory, but who knows how things will go when its over... mind over matter, mind over matter.3

Drinking- it doesn't work anymore so I stopped
Fried chicken- I just try to stay away from it because one piece leads to a whole box.
Sex- uh..yeah..lol2 -
Bread is my guilty pleasure. There is nothing like fresh bread.2

My post-exercise meal is homemade bread with 30 grams of peanut butter.
My food eaten for earned calories from exercise includes ice cream and chocolate.

My 600 lb Life binge watching. I feel bad for watching it but it's addictive and honestly It's motivation for me because I am like really obese. I watch and see their issues and I learn to mild some of my decisions around.
Also. Chocolate cake. Cake. Idk. I go to the store and see the single slices for sale and I've promised myself one slice at the end of this month. On my dad's birthday. Yummm0 -
