to make this yummy recipe all you need is Strawberries - 1 Cup Sliced Strawberries, Great Value - 100% Juice - Sliced Peaches, 0.5 cup, Pineapple - 1 Cup, 1 Cup, Great Value light yogurt - Vanilla Non Fat, Great Value Toasted Whole Grain Oat - Cheerios, 1 cup dry. mix them all together and enjoy, only 365 calories

My breakfast is quite similar to yours. I've been adding around 140g of boiled apples (without skin, you can add the skin if you like. I just find it easier to smash them), 1 small container of light yogurt and 50g of rice and wheat flakes. I also top it with cinammon.0
