It's okay to feel some hunger it's not going to kill me. I am learning that this is normal and I'm
not going to die if I feel it. I never allowed myself to feel any bit of hunger it I would panic and run to my binge foods. I did some journaling and wrote about and the feeling passed.2 -

Successes / struggles this week: I'm so happy that it's officially warming up! I went for a 3 mile walk on Sunday and it felt so good to get out and do that! I'm looking forward to getting more outdoor exercise in the coming months, I think it is what really kick-started everything for me last year, and I did really well in the spring.3 -
