Successes / struggles this week: I haven't been in the mood to enter things into my food diary here. I had been weighing it though but dinner I had just been using a smaller plate. I also had an increase in cravings for sweet treats. I did get out to exercise though so I was sure I'd have had a slight weight loss. I decided to try weighing myself 3 times and got 3 different numbers. The difference in weight was negligible but I'm wondering if I need a new scale or not. I feel like if I step off and on in the span of 2-3 minutes, the numbers should be exactly the same. We'll see what happens next week.1 -

Successes/struggles this week: Did quite well for the most part in regards to eating within my limit, and I only had one day where the hunger pangs were hitting me real hard (from the moment I woke up, no less). As for struggles, being inactive due to my back problems still sucks when all I want to do is get out to the gym.

Of course they buy donuts for my kids and I need to protect them from the bad eating habits, so I eat them myself to limit my kids exposure ha I still managed to lose though so that's a big success!3 -

Successes/struggles this week: For Easter I had made lasagna, most of which had to stay here because my boyfriend couldn't take it home with him. I had some on Monday and Tuesday in a bowl, about 300g of it, but because I didn't really weigh out the pan of lasagna or weigh all the ingredients I did my best to overestimate the calories to be sure I didnt underestimate. I'm not sure if they were really worth 700+- calories but that's what I listed it as. A few days ago I began to fall ill and have a sore throat. Last night I did nothing but spit up a ton of mucus. I don't know if that and/or the lasagna estimations contributed to my huge dip in weight loss, or the fact that I've finally gotten past my constipation problems and have been going again more comfortably (not to be even more gross but), this week there were days that I had 2 bowel movements. (I weighed myself about 6 times today to confirm it was the same number because I didn't believe it). I'll see what happens next Friday.
