How to change my MFP daily calorie goal?

MyFitnessPal set me up for a daily calorie goal of 1200 given my height, age, activity level, etc. However, I recently began working with a personal trainer/nutrition coach, and she wants me to shoot for 1600 daily calories over 5 small meals per day.
Does anyone know how to make MFP reflect this higher calorie allottment?

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/my_goals - select Custom then you can enter whatever calorie goal you wish (as well as play with your macros and other nutrition settings)1

This worked for me 1.) Click on My Home 2.) Click on Goals on the bar underneath 3.) Click on the green button "Change Goals" 4) Select "Custom" then click on "Continue" 5.) Change "Net Calories Consumed to your desired level" 6.) Click on "Change Goals" at the bottom of the page.
hope this helps :-)0 -
