My PERSONAL goal will be 100 + Miles of WALKING. The Exercise Bike is just extra I do when I can and feel up too it...

My Goal: 100 miles walking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, glider, etc. (mini-goal of at least 85 miles / month for the 1000 miles in 2017 challenge)

August 2016 - 70.18 miles
September 2016 - 74.55 miles
October 2016 - 73.30 miles
November 2016 - 61.76 miles
December 2016 - 69.64 miles
January 2017 - 74.52 miles

I'm IN! My daily goal is 2 miles/day Walking with a minimum monthly goal of 60 miles. I need to get back out and moving!! I've got four months before my 35th birthday and I've got some goals to reach!!1

Thanks @jeanniewes - I figured if I set my goal higher, I'd at least hit the 85 miles/month littler goal. Got close last month, and that was with a lot of down days and some travel, so it looks like I could do better as I am more active outside during the summer...though my actual race days do hinder me a bit as I don't do as many miles the day of a race, and you have more rest days before the race.0 -

WELCOME! So happy when I see new faces! WELL you know what I mean...lol
Sundays are always a bit difficult as it starts getting warmer. I must walk my girls in=between Church services. Today we only got in 2 miles but later in the month we will be camping in one of our Local State parks so we should get mega miles in then...

I'm in! Weekends will be my REST days, but Mon-Fri will be a mix of walking, (trying to jog), bike, elliptical, Zumba and swimming. Goal is to lose 20 lbs before I turn 30 May 1st.3

Welcome juliak2010! I've been trying too lose the rest of my 'goal' weight for a few years now. However no matter how much I walk, eat correctly I have problems with that. Dr did tests that say I am Insulin Resistant. Makes it difficult too keep the weight off. I gain a few and lose less. Past three years I've gained 7 pounds. This year I hae only been able too lose ONE pound... GOOD LUCK on your goal...
No walk today UNLESS the Rains stop. It is pouring rain today...2 -
I'm back! Last month I set a goal of walking/hiking 30 miles, and am happy to say that I exceeded that by a few. So this month I'll up my goal to 45 miles of walking/hiking.
4/2: 3.331 -
I'm in for 210 miles, although I am not off to a good start. . .I was sick over the weekend and did not move much at all. . . I will list my pitiful mileage anyway! Every little bit helps!

I'm already doing 1 hour of Zumba 3 times a week so I'll join this challenge and do 8 miles a week or 24 miles a month. Seems small to everyone one else but it's a start.1

I'm back to logging my food. I re-started in January, and I've finally gotten into a bit of a exercise routine.
I'll take the challenge so I can create better habits.
