So I started body beast a month ago. I was in the groove, everyday without fail... then I got sick
I was down for 2 weeks; could barely get out of bed (lost 10lbs - not in a good way.) Now that I'm better I'm ready to get into the swing of it again; but I'm wondering if I should just pick up where I left off or start over again? What would you do?

Glad you're feeling better! Two weeks is long enough to lose some fitness, unfortunately, so I'd start over. Or back up a week and see how it feels. Good luck!0

Start over. If you feel you can do more after a workout, go for it. Don't push yourself too hard at first.0

I'd start 1-2 weeks back into the program-so half of what you've done or just start over.
I wouldn't start over- if I get derailed I only back up a week. Because- I'm savage and refuse to start over.1 -
Thank you all for your feedback!!0
