Do I count fruit and veg???

    Yes. You also count oils, marinades, and sauces you cook with.
    If it goes in your mouth it goes on your digital scale first (spoons and cups for liquids only).

    Of course. Count EVERYTHING you eat or drink.

    Of course you count it. If it has calories, it counts. If it has no calories, then no.

    It all counts. Even vegetables that are relatively low in calories contribute to your macro and micro nutrients.

    You count both. Yes depending on what you eat some have more calories and some less. Start counting ☺️
