@LaRelicHunter I've always been turning heads. Hehehe. @croftie4 Thank you, thank you! @starfruit132 Aw, you're so sweet. Thank you. My tummy is still a problem area for me, but I'm noticing a big change as I continue to lose body fat. Hoping it can become strong.5

Oh, look, another woman with PCOS losing weight! I had an endocrinologist tell me that women with PCOS cannot lose weight. The best they can hope for is to maintain. I've lost 126 lbs and would love to go back and show her...but I left her practice years ago. Good job! How much did you lose? You look fantastic.24 -

Huge milestone for me! I'm so excited I could scream!!! Single digit pant size! From a 24 to an 8! I tried on a 12, then 10 then When it was still too loose, I literally ran out of the dressing room barefoot to get an 8! I'm beyond excited and I figure you all would understand my excitement and a feeling that I'm finally beating my demons!
I don't normally comment on this thread, but I just had to say congrats! What an amazing accomplishment, I hope one day to meet that same milestone, thank you for motivating me!11 -

I started with eating at 1200 calories, only eating some of my exercise calories back. This isn't my first try at trying to lose weight. They say the third time is the charm. I decided to give weight training a try and it's the best decision I've ever made. I've been following the Strong Lifts 5x5 program with some cardio/HIIT on off days. I don't spend more than an hour at the gym except for Saturday mornings when I belong to me and can do what I want lol. Then I'll only spend 2 hours there. I'm no longer focusing on weight loss now it's about getting leaner and trying to dig out those abs I KNOW are hiding under the last bits of belly fat.93 -

What a great job you've done! All your hard work has def paid off. When you find your abs, let me know 'cause mine are hiding in the same place!12 -
