I'm looking forward to getting more outdoor exercise in the coming months, I think it is what really kick-started everything for me last year, and I did really well in the spring.3 -

Successes / struggles this week: Started a new job and wasn't sure how I'd cope with eating and exercising. It's an office, plus I have a 3 hour driving commute. I'm sitting for 12 hours every day but I have managed. There's two nice parks 5 mins from work plus a waterfront walk. I go before work, during lunch briefly and after work every day. We also get cheap gym memberships which I will join next month. I bring my own food every single day. Lots of food is around the office.. there's always cakes, chocolates, biscuits etc being offered but I stand strong and say NO! I did have one small slice of cake and 1 lolly this week but that's it. I just worked those into my day.

Struggles - bad day on Thursday. I should learn not to stay behind work and have a drink (I work in the basement of a pub so everyday it's a temptation). Too much gin and getting home late resulted in bad choices and a McDonalds. Must not do that.
Successes - gym three times this week and it's getting easier. Also had a good loss on the scales even though TOM arrived. Hooray!
