25 lbs in only 8 weeks!

I started my journey 2 months ago and said to my self.. By August I'm going to lose 25 lbs! I've always had a bad eating habit and ate all types of junk foods. Thanks to my MFP iphone app & the wonderful ppl that I have met on here. I have learned so much about what to eat, what times to eat, not only about losing weight, but more importantly eating a healthy balance meal. I'm halfway near my goal weight so I decided to share my progress with you all.

    One thing that I learned is you can pretty much eat whatever you want and still lose weight. But the best way in my opinion is to eat high protein, high fiber, low carbs, low sugar, low fat meals. Eat them in small portions and try to stay under ur calorie goals everyday. If you feel the need to go over.. then u just have to work out harder the next day. It's really a balance. Others may have slower results than what I had. But remember losing weight is not a race.. its a marathon. So Pace ur self because you will get to ur goal eventually.
