Does any one else suffer PCOS?? Tips of weightloss??

I do! There's a PCOS group on here that you could join if you like. It's a little slow but there are some very knowledgeable members so it's been a good resource for me! A few tips I've gleaned from that board that worked well for me are that low carb eating (especially low carb/high fat/adequate protein), strength training and HIIT can all be especially helpful for women with PCOS.

I do - I also have hypothyroidism. Having a knowledgeable endocrinologist who listens to my concerns was key. I've lost weight by following IIFYM (currently low-ish carb/moderate fat/high protein), lifting heavy, and staying active daily.0
