I have a pituitary Tumour so I'm wondering if that's in the way of seeing results? *PLEASE REFRAIN FROM RESPONDING IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE BOOK* I AM NOT IN THE MOOD FOR AN ARGUMENT
I'm on day 14 on cycle 1 and have dropped 8 pounds. I weighed myself after 10 days - probably best not to get on the scale everyday. I know someone who also had the a pituitary tumour (quite rare from what I remember when she got diagnosed) and I know her weight fluctuated due to hormones and meds. If you are consulting with your doctors on this you should be good but keep that in mind that there may be other factors at play if you don't loose the weight. I know just cutting out the sugar and the processed carbs has helped me with energy levels - hope it has had a positive impact for you. Feel free to add me on MFP if you want.1 -

It's day 6 now and I've lost 4.6 pounds. So hopefully I continue to see progress0 -

Most experts agree that to maintain your loss you should eat pretty much how you ate to lose. So finding a sustainable diet is far more important than finding quick weight loss, at least for me.
Thank you for that!!0 -
Sounds no different than logging foods on mfp at a calorie deficit and adjusting goals and learning new things to maintain your way of eating along the way without having to worry about the next 17 days. Or repeating it if it doesn't work:-/0

I've used MFP for many years and haven't felt that it gave me the inspiration that this book has. And that's why I am reaching out to other people who are also on this program to seek guidance and tips0 -

I didn't mean to come across as rude or discouraging. What works for one won't necessarily work for another so I hope you find success in your journey:-)1
