    Not much of a loss this week, but we had my daughters birthfay party and did some eating out with family so I'm attributing it to that. Going to be a better loss next week!!!

    I'm surprised I didn't gain. Did horrible last week about tracking and staying within my calorie goal. Need to work on that, drink more water and work out this week.

    Making some progress. Lost another .5% body fat as well this month. Down to 23.3% and reaching closer to my 18-20% body fat goal by the end of spring!

    To start out, I won't be doing any workouts, just eating healthy and getting my water in and hoping to kick the soda habit. After i find out about the nerve pain I've been having in my back and thigh, I will resume my workouts which could be just about anything from the Beachbody line. I currently own 21 day fix, Les Mills Combat, and Body Beast. So, it will probably be one of them.
