To start out, I won't be doing any workouts, just eating healthy and getting my water in and hoping to kick the soda habit. After i find out about the nerve pain I've been having in my back and thigh, I will resume my workouts which could be just about anything from the Beachbody line. I currently own 21 day fix, Les Mills Combat, and Body Beast. So, it will probably be one of them.2 -
