Not to label this a 'success', cause I'm not done yet but left was at 64kg (still just within healthy range BMI of 24.4 would you believe?). The right is at 54kg (also healthy range BMI of 20.6).

Anyway ... baby abs. I guess you can call that a success of sorts!

There is a lot of hard work, dedication and will power gone into those abs. Huge success. You look incredible. What have you done and how long has it taken?

Yes, I WOULD believe that your before pic was within the healthy range, because I used to look just like that at my highest weight, too, and I was also still within the healthy range. I don't even think the before looks bad, you were just not as lean and fit as you are now! Excellent work, by the way! You're really killing it! <3

Thanks - that 1st pic is early July 2016, but my top weight was 5kg more than that. I had a good core base before I rapidly gained weight though.

While I've been paying attention to eating fewer calories I've also made a few changes to increase my calorie out ... changing some medication (including getting off some psych meds and restating thyroxine), exercising - mostly running, mountain biking, some bodyweight home workout DVDs and some weights.

I think a lot of the definition was already there though and now the fat has gone you can see it again.

Here's a comparison of what my abs were like before I gained weigh vs now. I think they were hiding under the flab. If only my old arms and bum were too!

The left is 2013. Right is now.
