    Grapefruits (I eat one a day)
    Oikos Organic non fat Vanilla Yoghurt (great for mixing with fresh fruit)
    Bluebell no added sugar, low fat vanilla ice cream (Only 90 cals 1/2 cup!!)
    Lettuce (So low in calories, a perfect bed for a healthy lunch salad!)
    Knorr Vegetable Mix (Add 2 tablespoons to 1 cup of boiling water for a delicious soup that's filling and only 30 cals)
    Saltine Crackers (60 calories for 5 crackers, perfect when you're peckish)
    Rice Cakes (Haven't had them in so long but they're so versatile (: )
    Seedless Green Grapes (have you ever tried frozen grapes? They're soooooo tasty!)
    Fiber One Honey Squares ( only 80 cals, and yummy!!)

    I'm super blessed so my dad/mom buys ALL kinds of fruits, the bread, milk, eggs, basic staples that we need. So I buy,

    Bagels
    Soy Milk
    Almonds
    Turkey sliced form the deli
    Sargento Swiss cheese
    My "healthy cereals"
    Special K protein shacks
    EAS Carb Control protein shakes {NO SUGAR}

    -and other kinds of snacks like cereal bars, yogurt, trail-mix, etc.

    Try putting almonds in glass of water in the morning and by the evening peel the skin off, and chew and eat slowly, you can do
    the same with black chick peas, just see how much energy you feel.
