Finished Level 1 Day 3 today. It was great to feel like it's getting easier already.

Yeah! Well done Ryanndavignon! I tried to get up this morning to do it - wasn't happening. I'll cycle to the next village for work later, then try and fit it in later this afternoon too. Measurements and photos are a real inspiration - definitely get on that!

I am on day 2 of level 2 and when I get done I am sweating buckets! I will say my legs are not as sore this time around, either from level 1 prepping me or to me it seems more cardio intensive if that makes sense! It is making it easier to keep up with my walking (usually 3.5 miles). Keep going all!2

I ended up pulling a double shift at work today and won't be getting home till after 9pm, so no workout tonight. I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be, which is good. Level 1 day 2 is tomorrow!1

Well done all. I did day 7 of L1 today. Still struggling with the press ups and the arm raises (the side lunges are fine, it's just the raises I find hard). So going to up my weights (to the massive weight of 2kG. Oh yeah, I'm a bad *kitten*! ) except for those, which I'll work on. How's everyone else coping?1

I'm still at it! Day 7 of Level 2. I have noticed clothes becoming looser. I really like level 2 I am dripping sweat when I'm done so stick with it!!!2

Thanks! I hated today's workout. Couldn't get the motivation going. I may well move up to Level 2 even though I'm still not at the girly on the left's standard (my aim).1

Oh yeah I never really got there either! I don't think you have to be perfect at one level to move up. I just do 10 days of each. Also when it gets so boring or you can think about what comes next I don't think it's challenging you. I have 2 more days of level 2 and I will start level 3 on Monday. I have never kept up with anything so long and I am noticing a difference in my endurance and body!2

I did go on to Level 2 today, and it was awesome! Felt really pumped up all day.1

Completed Level 1 Day 9 today.
I was initially doing 2 days with a rest day in between.
But I've decided to do it every day now and have rest day on Sunday.

Well done Zara! Make sure you don't burn out doing it every day - but well done for sticking with it. Hopefully we'll all start to see amazing results soon.1

I started the you tube version two weeks ago and joined a shred support group on here. Last week I had a medical procedure and wasn't cleared to start back until today. Unfortunately it looks like everyone in the support group had bailed, no posts in three days. Ok if I join in?1

Well done guys.
I've been keeping an eye on the threads, but no-one else was posting so I lurked!
I'm half way through level 2. It's tough going, and getting a little disheartening as I'm not loosing anything atm - well, 1/2lb last week, and put on a wee bit so far this week. Am trying to see the wood for the trees - this is a lifestyle change, not an overnight thing, I didn't put it on overnight so shouldn't expect to lose it overnight either, it could be my body acclimatising etc etc. I know I need to wait and see, I'm just in the middle of a grump!
Rant over - lets keep up the momentum everybody!1 -

With regards to my arms, the weights I'm using are 1.5kg. That'll explain why I could barely lift them.
I'm sure I've got lighter ones which I left in my mums house. Will have to go and see if I can find them.
Currently I'm planning to do the workout everyday. But I may feel differently once I've done a couple more days. Lol.
What's the C25?
I try to go for a brisk walk everyday. Went for a walk today for 25 mins. Thighs are still crying out in pain.

Level 3 is hard! It actually changed from aerobic on my fitbit to sport. Not sure what that means but it felt good and hard but not completely unattainable like I did at the beginning of level 1. My friend and I started it together and she bailed and its just me but my goal is to at least finish the 30 days! I have been doing measurements at the beginning of every level and have lost 1 in off my waist already. So some progress!!!0

I finished this a few days ago. I have not noticed anywhere near the results that you find on the net. My hips and legs look a little smaller and the front of my arms are little more toned but according to my measurements I have lost 1cm on my arms and no where else. My chest is actually bigger and I have more back bra fat than I did before, I put this down to maybe gaining some muscle but not loosing any fat - I did the program to fit into a dress I want to wear next week but I guess that wont be happening. My weight went up and down a bit a few pounds but I weighed myself this morning and I am exactly the same weight as I was when I first started. It's pretty discouraging but I did learn that I enjoy exercise and will continue to do so by maybe doing this one again or starting something else. I think the important thing to realise is that nothing is a quick fix and results take hard work and commitment. If you don't see results keep going and going and don't give up.1

Hi all! I just did lvl 2 day 8 today. I am also consistently losing 1.5-2lbs a week. I do shred daily and walk a few miles most days. Excited to see all your progress!1

Just found this thread so maybe some people are still going strong? If all goes according to plan, I'll finish level one on Sunday. Tried this in e before but got sick around day 20 and quit so just hoping to make it for the full 30 this time.1

Good work, I'm on a rest day today (apparently I can only handle 4 days strait) tomorrow will be day five. I hate it when being sick messes up progress, you still made it super far though! Second time is the charm. Are you taking rest days?
