So I've been avoiding cream and cheese etc - but REALLY wanted something to make my pork stirfry a little more exciting. I had a rummage through the various bottles and sauces in the fridge and stumbled across dijon mustard. Perfect.
I just put a teaspoon into my stirfry - and voila, just the bit of creamy luxury I needed, all for 1g fat! :happy:

Nice idea. I like to add it to my tuna salad, taking the place of some of the mayo and giving a nice spicy tang to it.0
