Maybe wait a few days to weigh? I'm always much higher than usual the Amy after I return from a vacation but overall I generally even out within a week. I think a lot of it tends to be water weight from the change in my routine/eating/activity level.3

This. I usually wait a week until I've been eating normal and have had time to flush the water weight.

I just weigh every day so I know what my body's doing. No reason to stress out about it.6

My one question to you is and this is very important. Did you enjoy your vacation?
If you said yes then don't worry about the calories. What you have to remember is this is a long-term process you've embarked on. for this to work you have to enjoy the process.
To give you hope. My weight-loss Journey started January 1st 2016 my current weight is 208 and I've been maintaining the 208 range for around eight months. During that time I've gone on vacation 3 times once when I was losing and twice when I was in the maintenance phase.
In the maintenance phase I went on vacation for a week in October and a week in January. I ate too much I drink too much there were a couple days on both hose trips where I probably drank my calorie limit alone. ate too much food unbelievably great food enjoyed every minute of it felt no guilt at all.
Yes I did put on a couple pounds but most of that weight was temporary probably a good chunk of it from water weight realistically if I go on vacation for a week and I eat 2000 calories a day over my limit that only translates to 4 pounds of actual weight gain over a week. To lose 4 pounds isn't that hard of an issue for me. It's just a matter of taking what I've learned reapplying it and it's a piece of cake1 -
We're the same scenario right now lol but for me i'll wait for a couple of days to weigh my self in because water retentions to what we eat needs time to go away, if you weigh tommorow expect a false high number in a scale.0
