    I'm 5', 46 yo. Started in 230s.
    GW 125
    CW 116

    I'm not sure where I will end up and am taking it in 5 lbs mini-goals. I've always read that, as a rule of thumb, women should be 100 lbs for their first 5' and then add 5 lbs for each additional inch. That means I should be 102-103. When I first started, I would have thought that was impossible, but I can get it now given my frame and current body composition.

    I am about a month into exercising -- both cardio and weight lifting -- and seeing a lot of changes (firmer arms, tighter obliques, etc.)

    Not sure what the ultimate number on the scale will be, but I have a goal of sitting, looking down, and having it be flat! I'm pretty close, but not quite there yet. I'd love to be comfortable enough to tuck in a shirt. :blush:

    Hoping to hit 150 and see what it looks like on my frame (which is large, despite the small height! Lol)

    5'3" here. 147lb looking to get to at least 130 if not 120. I was 120 for almost all of my 30's. Hit 40 and the lbs crept up 5 at a time until I was over the 150 mark. I do have thyroid issues - but I feel they are under control for the most part. Logging food, making sure I get 10,000 steps at the least a day and putting in time running, paddling and strength training as I have the time...not religious but probably get a workout in 3-4x a week.

    I'm 5'3" and am aiming for 135 as that was once my body's comfort weight...I did get down to 107 a few years ago through vigorous strength training and food tracking but was at 14% body weight - went from a DD to an A cup!! So I know where that fat came from :wink:

    @1117429 amazing how it looks like your torso got longer in your after picture! I feel like I have the shortest torso lol, hope once I drop some pounds I'll look elongated like you. Good job!

    I'm 5'2 and trying to go down to 140 pounds a weight that I was before I gained the extra weight.

    5'1" here...started at 176lbs now at 171lbs. My current goal is trying to get down to 160 by the end of the month or next month and reaching a goal weight of at least 140 by the end of the year. I'm not too sure if I'll be able to ever really get back down to 120 again but I'll try my best!

    I'm 5"4 am I too tall to join? if not then: 5"4 CW: 273 lbs, First goal would be 140 lbs then possibly 120 lbs.

    I'm 5'1" and.....wait for it....184. I hadn't made a first goal. I guess I should. So it will be 150, then 130. I've gotten down to 131 before, if I can get back there, then finally I'd love to be 125. Anyone on a losing streak? I'd love to know what has worked for you!

    I started at 192 last summer and I'm 161 now. So it's working but taking its time
