    I have a hip that needs to be checked out, perhaps a shoulder as well, why does getting older have to hurt

    Not sure yet. I had X-Rays done last week. My doctor is referring me to an orthopedic doctor. It was affecting my workouts. How am I supposed to get a nice tight *kitten* if I can't squat? LOL!

    Getting older does hurt. I hope everything works out ok with your hip and shoulder.

    You can do some non squat exercises, ever trie pilates?

    My shoulder I'm pretty sure is because I injured it years ago and every year I skate it gets reinjured. It's just a pain because it's really quite weak this time
