I'm boring and hate cooking, soup and crackers/bread/potatoes is my go to.
Packaging only also + ~500g roasted Greek potatoes. I don't really eat during the day, I like a big dinner.

Ugh I ate mine before I saw this thread. Leftovers from yesterday's Sunday dinner. Baked porkchops, pinto beans, stewed okra and tomatoes, turnip greens and cornbread.2

Mackerel in the oven, spicy vegetables fried in butter in the wok. I can do this all day!:))

My nearly every other day vegetarian dinner w/ organic Greek yogurt
About 40 grams of protein and 500 calories, not to mention delicious

Imho... The Mediterranean diet is the Healthiest diet there is, the vast majority of the weight I lost came off the easiest while following that diet0 -
Dinner at one of my fav restaurants - Ahi Tuna with togarashi crust, green tea soba noodles, watercress, wakame, Thai basil, Casco bay sauces

I didn't work today so a bit more effort than canned soup and crackers!
Spinach salad with balsamic dressing, including chick peas, green peas, corn, bell peppers, celery, tomato and sunflower seeds.
Yes, I am eating my salad out of a mixing bowl...cause I'm classy like that!
Also wild grain rice with sesame oil, cayenne powder and tamari sauce.

Just LOL if your evening meal isn't Michelin star quality and you don't finish it with a coffee.... Anyone who uses alcohol WITH a meal has no idea. As for your presentation on plates to make it look like the food is any more so edible than it actually is: NO. Just eat out. Sometimes even the plates and cutlery don't fit the type of food displayed. Labradors deserve BETTER than this. It's deifnitely not fit for human consumption put it that way0
