High protein foods for a sensitive stomach

I know i need to eat more protein, but eggs, fish, and meat, are all way too hard on my stomach. Any other suggestions?

    egg whites are pretty mild and a good protein source, baby steps, maybe small portions of lean choices will help. I have lots of allergies and sensitivities so just have to rely on white fish, chicken, and egg whites a lot as they are the leanest and mildest. Im pretty sure i consume egg whites and chicken breasts daily in fact.

    Have you considered taking digestive enzymes to help with digestion?

    For my morning protein I use fat free Greek yogurt mixed with cinnamon. Low calorie and high protein.
