What sorts of things are taking you off track? Do you eat bigger meals? Eat out more? Drinks? More snacking?

Save some cals for the weekend. I eat 100 - 200 cals less Monday to Thursday so I can eat more at the weekend.

And I do my biggest workout at the weekend which helps too!

Get rid of the stuff you don't want to pick at and get some lower calorie items. If it's not there, you can't eat it. If there are other people who do eat, work out an arrangement to keep their food in a separate cabinet or separate part of the frig, and put your stuff in a different place. Don't keep food on the counter, except for fruit.
Be sure to log each and every pick, each and every time you do it, not all at the end of the day. If you weigh and log each time, it will probably be a psychological deterrent.

I struggle with being home too. Fortunately I've gotten rid of the "bad" in the fridge and cabinets. If possible for you, what I do is when I find I'm getting the munchies for something I grab the dog and we go for a walk or I leave the dog at home too. Hot lemon water curbs my cravings also. Hang in there, you dot this!
