No excuses

Today is log-in day 99. About four years ago I started using this app and lost approximately 40 pounds. Unfortunately life and excuses got in the way and some of the weight came back. I had peaked at 235 and got down to 190. This time around I am doing more weight training so chasing the lower weight might not be obtainable because I am putting on more muscle. In the 99 days I've dropped 14 pounds already and can see development in my chest and arms. Keep going forward and see where I can go with it!

It's always a good reminder that pounds lost is only a piece of the overall big picture. Dedication, hard work, and perseverance is just as important. It definitely sounds like you are heading in the right direction. 100 days is a huge accomplishment, congrats!!1
