What is your "Go To" exercise of choice? I always always love Zumba, and I love to run, but I'm pretty bad at it...:)

Running, Crossfit, power lifting, and yoga. Can't choose just one.

Turbo Jam and Rockin'body are two of my faves. I also like the simplicity of just going for a run.

Lifting weights in general. In the past, I would say bench press, specifically but a bum shoulder is holding me back. Currently, I would say my favorite is weighted chin ups and pull ups.

Cycling, walking, hiking, going to the gym to walk/run on the treadmill and row, lifting weights ... those are the main ones right now, but I'll do other things as well.

Bench. Always bench. Even when it's rough going.

Don't think so...My mom gave me the first Turbo Jam set, I borrowed 2 and 3 from the library, then purchased Rockin'body for my birthday

Running, hiking, and taekwondo. Running is my "go-to," but I never pass up an opportunity to go on a hike!

Running. And you don't have to be fast! There are all sorts of distances and paces! The are 5ks and Ultras, trails, and treadmills. Come join us in the April Running group under challenges, and we also have a group on Strava.

Walking. I'd love to swim but no gym (no, I'm not swimming in the Atlantic).

Zumba- definitely the most fun. And one heck of a burn in an hour class!

    I also love Zuba!
