Tomorrow I will...

Lately I admit I have fallen off the bandwagon. This has caused me to become overwhelmed with my overall weight-loss goals and feeling like they are unreachable. So, I've decided I will focus on little goals for the next week to two weeks to help get back on track. I plan to choose one or two new goals each night for the following day. I think this will ease some of the pressure I am putting on myself. So here it goes, tomorrow I will:

1. Drink water when hungry prior to depending on food.
2. Go for a walk with my kids and dog.

Feel free to share your daily goals. ☺

I always say that the first day of getting back on track is the hardest, so I think your idea is wise.

Great idea, taking little steps will definitely ease you into getting back on track. Good luck!
    Tomorrow I will:
    >Not snack on sugary stuff (cookies mostly)
    >Not take shortcuts on the way to college/university. This should add plenty of steps haha. :)

    1. Pack my lunch for work
    2. Walk at least 30 min on the treadmill before work

Tomorrow I will pack my lunch and go to the gym and walk for 30 minutes. I will do these two thing prior to work, even without wanting to go to the gym.

I'm completely the same when it comes to cookies. I could quite happily have 1500calories a day of cookies ha!!

    Tomorrow I will:
    1. Keep track of calorie intake
    2. Keep myself busy busy busy away from eating my emotions.

Had to nurse my sick kids and myself the last few days, but I'm back with goals! Tomorrow I will:
    1. Walk on the treadmill for a minimum of 30 minutes
    2. Make a home cooked meal focusing mostly on veggies
    3. Plan our meals for the rest of the week

I don't like saying tomorrow because it is always a day away.
    Today I will:
    1. Eat the food I brought for lunch
    2. Cook a healthy dinner
    3. Pack my gym bag next to my bed before I go to sleep

Today is a good day to do those things, too.

So far this concept is working great, guess I will keep it going! Tomorrow I will:
    1. Log every meal, snack and bite I eat
    2. Walk/jog on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes

Tomorrow/today I will do my Kettlebell workout even though I don't enjoy it. Also, I will drink at least 8 glasses of water.

I'm not sure which one will be harder
