Need Help tracking calories burned.....

I have been doing a workout that is 53min long and includes weights and cardio....what would I log that under??

    The best way to get an accurate reading is to get a heart rate monitor. You record your weight and age, strap it on and work out. I have the Polar FT4. It works wonderfully, Ive been using it since February. I think it was about $45 on Amazon.
